Baby Nellie | { Brownsburg Newborn Photographer } { Indianapolis Newborn Photographer }

Meet beautiful little miss Nellie!  She arrived more than a month sooner than she was expected to be here.  Her mom told me the story of her birth and there is no way I can describe it, other than to say that she is definitely a fighter and a miracle baby!!  And after her stay in the NICU, she was finally able to make it home just a few days ago.  I had the pleasure of having her here for her newborn session, just a day or two after she came home!  She is 26 days new here and is as sweet as can be!!  And very well mannered, I must say!  Even when she was posing for those sweet naked baby shots, she didn't even potty on anything.  Fellow newborn photographers know how uncommon THAT is!  lol  I am always a little concerned when I have older newborns here, as I know they tend to be more challenging to keep sleeping, etc.  But Nellie did a wonderful job!  As long as her belly was full and her diaper was clean, she was a very happy little camper!!  I really enjoyed meeting her and her family!!  Congratulations on this gorgeous baby, mom & dad!  :)

Baby Ethan | { Brownsburg Newborn Photographer } {Indianapolis Newborn Photographer }

I had so much fun photographing this handsome little 8 day old baby boy today!  His newborn session was extra fun because his mommy is my best friend from high school.  Needless to say, it went a little longer than normal sessions since we were chatting away.  (Fortunately, her hubby was super laid back and totally willing to hang out while we talked, even though it was surely boring for him!  lol)  She and I were inseparable throughout our high school years and it's surreal to now get to photographer her brand new baby.  He is the youngest of three and he is just the sweetest, calmest little guy.  And he was actually awake about half the time, but even when he was wide awake and moving all around, he was just as content as can be.  No fussiness, no crying, no complaining.  He was absolutely wonderful!!  And his mama grows her babies nice and squishy....and I LOVE it!  :)  Check out those lips and those rolls.  AHHH!!!  So cute!!!

Today I had the pleasure of photographing my good friend and her sweet family!!  We were lucky enough to get to spend a week with these guys in Florida this summer, in exchange for me taking their new family portraits for them.  And today it was finally picture day!!  This is definitely a gorgeous family!  Looking good, guys!!  :)

As you can see, I recently photographed a stunning Senior girl.  Kylie is the younger sister of a previous Senior that I photographed three years ago.  Her older sister had come up with a lot of fun ideas for her session and it was really creative and cool.  So, needless to say, I was fully expecting Kylie's session to be nothing short of that.  And she most definitely lived up to my expectations!  She had all kinds of great ideas for what she wanted to do and both of her parents were there the whole time, helping with all the details and basically just being awesome.  What a great family they are!!  And clearly, the gorgeous gene runs in their family!!

I was so excited to have the pleasure of photographing this little babe just a couple of days ago.  Her mommy and daddy were awesome for being willing to bring her at just 4 days old!  And she slept wonderfully for nearly the entire time with barely a fuss!  This is why it's best to bring those babes in as soon as possible for their newborn session.  This sweetie pie was a real pro the whole time, and she even seemed to be posing her hands for me at times!  I will be looking so forward to photographing her next milestone session when she is sitting up.  But for now, she is absolutely precious just being so beautifully brand new!

Baby Kason | { Brownsburg Newborn Photographer } { Indianapolis Newborn Photographer }

Today's little babe was such a sweet little thing.  She was sound asleep when they arrived, so we went with it and started right in on her newborn portrait session.  And after a bit of baby modeling, she decided she was hungry.  And with some effort, she managed to get back to sleep for some more gorgeous photo opportunities.  But as the session went on, she started to become a little more alert and a bit more difficult to keep sleeping. So we opted to go ahead and try for some parent/family portraits, since we had done several setups already.  But mom and dad also had a cold bug, so they weren't feeling the best.  That combined with little Kason being more and more awake made it evident that we had to wrap it up.  I didn't want to push baby or parents.  And even if this photo had been the only one I had gotten, I would actually still be happy because she looks so sweet and precious.  Fortunately, this is not the only one!  But it's definitely beautiful!!  :)

What a sweet babe this one is!!  I mean just SWEET!  He tried for a bit to stay awake, but eventually he gave in.  Once he was asleep, he was absolute posing perfection!  He was squishy and bendy and gorgeous!  He had lots of big smiles while I was working with him, but was very sneaky and those smiles mostly happened when I was not able to catch them.  However, I did manage to get a really adorable smile photo and I was excited for his mommy and daddy to see it!  Check out the cuteness!

Cami - Class of 2015 | {Brownsburg Senior Photographer} {Indianapolis Senior Photographer}

I had a great time today with this lovely high school senior!  I did Senior Portraits for both of her older sisters, so I was excited to get to photograph her, too, since she is last one to be graduating in their family.  It's been fun getting to go through the process with each of them.  And each has been just gorgeous, inside and out.  Cami is a dancer and has been dancing since she was a toddler.  She also loves acting and actually went straight to an audition right after our session!  She is happy and friendly, sweet and intelligent.....it's refreshing to see that there are still gals like her coming out of high school.  Having a daughter myself, I worry about how hard school is for kids these days, especially with the whole "mean girl" thing.  But girls like Cami give me lots of reassurance that it's still possible to turn out great, despite all the yuck in the world.  And I don't want to forget to say congratulations to her mom, as well, for raising three beautiful girls into three amazing adults!!

It's just not possible to look at this sweet little gal and not have a smile on your face.  Her personality is really blossoming and she is so funny!  Not to mention that she is absolutely gorgeous and sweet, just like her mama!  She did a fantastic job for her "Sitting Up" milestone session today!  She did tip over a few times (her mom sat close by to catch her) and she even rolled her way across my prop floor a few times!!  Haha!  It's hard to describe how happy she is...but she just smiles as soon as you say hello to her and then she keeps smiling the whole time.  And I also discovered that she does like to be told how gorgeous she is because, literally, almost every time I said that to her, she gave me the biggest smile!  It was so cute!!  Cracked me up every time!  Love her!!

Baby Anastasia | {Brownsburg Baby Photographer } {Indianapolis Baby Photographer }

This beautiful girl is about 3 months old and she has some seriously stunning eyes!!  They are piercingly blue and her lashes are a mile long!!  She has been dealing with some tummy troubles, as many babies do, and she was not super happy about letting me take her pictures because it involved being out of her mommy's arms for a bit.  And she wanted just the opposite...for her mommy to hold her the whole time!  :)  However, I was still lucky enough to capture this gorgeous shot of her.  I absolutely love everything about it.  It's simple, clean, and all about baby girl and those adorable features!
